Problem.

As a newcomer to the field of surgical instruments, our client needed a name that would sound innovative and precise, but also trusted and reliable.

Solution.

We drew upon our investments in linguistics and proprietary software to identify sound combinations that strongly evoke ideas of precision and innovation. The sound ‘v’is lively and quick, the ‘k’suggests something strong and incisive, and the final ‘n’is smooth. We also know from research that coined words – like Vikon – support innovation. Because of its simple structure and repeated consonant-vowel pattern, the name has a natural flow. It sounds like areal word in any language, and this helps it to seem trusted and reliable.
