Dupont launches spinoff, Corteva Agriscience

Lexicon is proud to have partnered with Ogilvy Consulting to create the brand name for DuPont’s spinoff, Corteva Agriscience. The new company is an independent, pure-play agricultural company and is expected to have global annual net sales of over $14 billion.

Corteva has a heritage portfolio of DuPont Pioneer, DuPont Crop Protection and Dow AgroSciences. The company is based in Wilmington with a presence in more than 130 countries, has more than 100 production and manufacturing facilities, and has more than 160 research and development facilities. Acccording to David Placek, Lexicon’s President, it was exciting to be part of what will surely be the next generation of farming and for Lexicon, a major rebranding assignment.
