Alan manages all preliminary trademark searches at Lexicon, focusing on matching our trademark searches to each client’s specific needs. He also contributes creatively on many projects and is an active member of the California Bar. He graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and, prior to law school, spent 18 years as an actor/writer/producer in Los Angeles. Alan is a regular lecturer on branding and trademark law at Hastings School of Law.
